At Zaytun X, we strive to provide high-quality smart locks and smart home devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns due to defective or damaged products will be replaced at no cost to you, which DOES NOT include usage problems

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or modified

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at returns@zaytunx.com to request a return authorization.

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
